Get to know more about Natalie O'Brien & CO

Raving fans aren’t created by pulling off a single roaring success of an event, by segmenting your audience or improving your response times online. Every company's community we’ve helped to grow was born from a shift in culture that pledges to treat customers as valued patrons and make every interaction a meaningful experience.

There’s marketing psychology to back this up, but we’ve got a simpler explanation for our success; a people-focused approach and years of experience using  the power of observation; the ability to notice and pay close attention. By understanding customer pain points we create optimal experiences and anticipate individual needs across a broad spectrum of service industries.

Natalie O’Brien AM – Business and experience strategist

As Managing Director of Natalie O'Brien & CO, Natalie is the primary facilitator for overarching strategies and uniting innovative and creative minds, from emerging talent and industry veterans to renowned thought leaders.

Natalie takes great pride in developing high performing teams and has mentored many emerging leaders in the sector. She sits on several boards, advisory committees and actively supports younger entrants to the sector.

Natalie believes that her passion for people ‘is in the genes’ owing to four generations of hoteliers. Her grandmother, a long-standing publican in her hometown Geelong, was an inspiring role model who knew all her customers by name making their experience both delightful and closely personal.
